2. Scope and Applicability

These terms apply to purchases made by consumers through our official online store.

Elios Cosmetics sells cosmetic skincare products, skincare sets and related accessories.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Separate terms may be agreed upon for business orders.

3. Product Information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately and clearly.

Minor colour differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions. The products delivered must always comply with the contract and applicable legal requirements.

Before use, please read the ingredient list, instructions for use and any warnings provided on the packaging.

4. Prices

All consumer prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT.

Any shipping costs are clearly displayed before you place your final order.

The price confirmed at the time of ordering applies, subject to applicable legal provisions.

We may change prices and promotional offers for future orders.

5. Orders

You place an order by selecting products and completing the checkout process.

Before confirming your order, you can review the selected products, quantities, delivery details and total price.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled for an objectively justified reason, we will inform you and refund any amounts already received in accordance with applicable law.

6. Payment

Payments are made using the payment methods offered during checkout.

Available payment methods are displayed before you confirm your order.

Payments are processed by the relevant payment service providers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Available shipping methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order no later than 30 days after the contract has been concluded.

The risk of loss or damage during transportation generally remains with Elios Cosmetics until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

A statutory exception may apply if you independently select a carrier that was not offered by us.
